In this interactive workshop, participants will be introduced to key concepts of mindful money management. By incorporating the tools provided, participants will be able to reduce their stress levels in managing their finances.
Discussion of the “Money Mindset:” How our beliefs drive our emotions, and our emotions determine our behavior: Insights into core beliefs around money, how those beliefs are incorporated into our emotions, and how our emotions affect our financial decision-making.
Introduction to “Five Steps to Stress-Free Money Management for The Self Employed,” which is specifically designed to address the unique challenges of professionals with an irregular income.
Discussion about tools to incorporate to practice Self Care with money. This workshop will provide entrepreneurs with a unique opportunity to transform their overwhelm and stress with money by increasing their awareness of their money mindset, and their approach to financial decision making. When coupled with the Personal Saving and Spending Plan, attendees will have increased clarity on steps to move forward with reaching their financial goals. Additionally, we will discuss some tips on practicing financial self-care, including new habits that will reduce stress with money.
